got the Ceres seeds classic blueberry and Barney's Farm Amnesia Lemon Haze and some of this Afghan autoflowering to grow outside

they also sent 5 freebees all feminized - Moby Dick, Blue Hash plant, California Hash plant - some stuff worth growing for sure

i always pay extra and get their stealth delivery comes wrapped up in a T Shirt - I've had stuff caught by the feds and even though they don't do anything, other than keep your stuff, it sucks

Put the first two autoflowering Afghans in soil on the patio yesterday and it rained like hell yesterday and today - have glassed over them to protect the little seedlings but man nothing better than rain - nice and clean here, no acid rain! The others have not sprouted yet - taking an unsually long time to sprout? It's still going down into the low 50's here at night - 7050 ft in elevation - but then these are a Afghan mountain indica mixed with an autoflowering Rudelirius so it should tolerate cooler temperatures - I hope!

That's why I chose this choose this particular type of autoflowering - pretty sure a normal plant would not finish unti at least mid Oct and up here by mid Oct there will definately be frosts. These Afghans should mature for harvest about the third week of August - 9 weeks from seed to harvest!

This may be a stupid question but I wouldnt be asking it if I knew. : ) I assume when you buy clones at a dispensary that they are only selling female plants right? When you buy seeds do they know if they are all female or is it hit or miss? Are seeds themselves male or female? If there's a difference how can you tell? Because my friends and I want to get some more clones, preferrably Hawaiian. But I brought up the seed thing and they dont want to bother with seeds. I told them it probably wouldnt take that much longer. But they dont want to waste time on seeds if they arent sure if they are male or female. What's your two cents? And if all the seeds are female can you please show me where to order them from? I'll order some asap! : ) Can you get Hawaiian strain seeds? AND, what is the best Hawaiian? Or is it just ALL good? The Hawaiian is the most incredible stuff ever. Like hallucination good. lol Talk about euphoric.

you can buy feminized seed and it's well worth it - simply buy some seed and allow some to grow about a month or a little more and clone that and then grow out the other seedlings - unless you need a lot of clones. But each seedling after say 5 weeks will support at least ten or more clones

nothing wrong with seedlings - in fact, the clones only out perform seedings when using a sea of green short cycle system - if you grow outdoors or veg a long time like two months or more inside, they catch up. I'm talking about simply using clones for the sake of using clones. If you are using clones because you grew out twenty seedlings of your favorite and picked this one that was "special" now you have a reason to clone. Or if doing a larger operation you can save money since ten seedlings can produce easily a hundred clones and then keep doing so for years potentially

LOL cloning is a guy thing in many instances - did it myself felt like a mad scientist the first time. My dick did not get any larger after successful cloning, dammit

seriously I would recommend growing seedlings so you observe the phenotypes and learn the strain then when you choose a clone you have some idea what you're looking for, if that makes sense ... it's like not marrying the first girl who F's your brains out?
