Is Dr T….. and MMJ Consultants of Nevada in Las Vegas. The only Doctor and MMJ Club in Nevada who assist patients and will fill out a Nevada MMJ Physicians Report?
I need a new Nevada Doctor to simply review my current medical condition and permanent disability records, fill out the one page on side form so I can renew my license and be fully legal.

I have a spinal disease injury that requires more surgery and possible transplants in the very near future. I’m about to get my second surgical opinion. While the first surgeon recommended in writing, that I continue using medical marijuana, he would not fill out my State form preferring another doc to do it.

So I'm still looking for a Nevada Doctor. Willing to travel out state for this once a year ritual.
